Norton systemworks 2006 premier - problem

i have systemworks 2006 premier installed and i have activated it and restarted my comp. when i come back to it it askes me to activate it again when i have already done it fully and keeps on going in a loop asking me to activate it when i already have.

anyone help me out with this prob
