Which version of NAV do you use?
Also, did you try repairing your installation, or reinstalling completely?

Download and run the 'norton removal tool' from here:
    http://www.majorgeeks.com/Norton_Removal_Tool_SymNRT_d4749.html

This will completely uninstall -all- norton products from your computer. After that, install NAV the way you had installed it the last time (from the CD or from the downloaded setup file)

You can find more detailed info on that over here:
    http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/docid/2006083014455406?OpenDocument&seg=hm
That topic refers to NAV 2007, but the same steps apply for the 2005 version.
    Good luck!

I Welcome you to the world of Norton!

Unless you have paid for that crap, I suggest you switch to another one.

He he, If you don't already know this, their subscription system is stupid. If you format your PC and reinstall everything, you will get your entire subscription back. I do it all the time
