i have nero ultra and it doesn't work proper. whenever i go to burn a movie i downloaded it always says there is not enough space even though there is only 1 G being used. i havent used shrink or anything like that i don't know what that is. i should have about 4 G of space right?. tell me step by step on how to do it.

You need to use a software that can compress the movie onto your disk. Try DVD Shrink, Clone DVD, or Nero Recode. All these compress movie to fit on your 4.7 GB disc.

More than 5+ gb on your hard drive is recommended. What is the exact error message? What app in Nero are you using? Tell us your step by step process and file type your downloaded.
