How can I get rid of Security Tool, is in the start menu and it is blocking my programs. I tried to restore my computer to an early time and in the middle of the process stops and I am not able to do it. I need some help please. I have Ad-Aware, Avg and Spybot, and I don't know how this virus entered in my laptop.
You need to familiarize yourself with both programs start by reading the manuals,quarantine would be a good place to start tho reading all is better
Administrator is there whaen I am on safe mode but I always use the option with my name on it and I can not restore. Whats the differrence with Administrator? Thank you
I just tried safemode with the administrator and didn't work. I ran Rkill and Malwarebytes that helped but I still have the same probem,the security tool is gone, but I can not access my programs with the start menu,and they are gone in the install programs. The program are still in my computer and works, so I do not know what is happening. I appeciate some feed back.
