    I have a DV2615 notebook.

Vista Premium on it and making me bonkers.

I want to install XP on it and leave the partition that has the recovery for Vista alone to reinstall way later.

Heres a few questions i need help with:

1- What OS (drivers) prepping do i need to do?

2- Can I install both OS's at the same time? Which would be better partition harddrive into 2 X 70GB's and have different OS's on each with Vista on the recovery partion or just have XP with Vista on the recovery partion? What would you do? (160GB harddrive).

    thanks in advance from zer0ink

you will need motherboard/chipset driver. graphics wireless and sound card drivers. download this
    http://www.gtopala.com/siw-download.html
then run it and write down the info for the devices in your computer. then just use google or go to manufactures website to download xp drivers. save the drivers on a flash drive or if there is room in the backup partition just put them there. as for the partitions if you want to dual boot i would use 90for vista and 50 for xp. im not sure what you meant by installing both at the same time.
