nt* dublin no channels

    hi, hope someone can help, I am not too familiar with this type of thing. I have product name the box, it used to work up til 6 months ago got stuck on menu so i just left it lying there. have tried it again and have done manual and auto scan but can only find about 12 channels. also if i need to download something can you please let me know what i need to connect the box to my laptop cos i don't have anything to do so. nt* in dublin , all help greatly appreciated
