NTFS compatible with Macs?

    I have an external harddrive and I want to move some photos to my sister's computer which happens to be a Mac. My harddrive is an NTFS, will the Mac be able to read the photos, .jpg? I;ll be seeing her for christmas...

    i have a customer with both pc & mac who used external hd from pc on mac. just don't know if the hd was in fat32 or ntfs.
