NTL box problem

All my NTL channels went last week...I see the new keys have been provided but as my chipped NTL box reads the card how would I input the new keys..Is there an engineering code that I can tpye in that will allow me enter the new keys or do I go back to the person I got the card from a get him to update the card at cost !!!! Thanks

 

you will to go back to your cable guy and get a new card.
