i have an ntl box and would like to get all the channels,how do i go about getting the firmware or what do i need to do this as some one said they would do this for £80 which is a lot of money for me every time the card go's off. Could please some on help and tell me how to do this. Thank You. mufc2008.

There is nothing you can do personally with your PACE or SAMSUNG ntl box that will allow you to receive cable channels that you do not pay for. This requires hardware modification and smart card rewrites. £80 is a little high for chipping a box, most people will supply a chipped box for £100 and chip yours for £40. Prices to fix things when they go down vary but many charge £10. I need to state for the record that: It is illegal to connect such modified equipment to the access point in your house which is part of the NTL network and belongs to them ( yes, it's still NTL as a company, VM is just a name lease )
