hi there my ntl box was switched off for about 2 months. It now says I am unsubscribed to the network when I turn it on. Does anyone know if this is caused by missing software updates from NTL or something like that? If I leave the box on for a couple of days will the software update itself?? What about power cycle - what is it and would this help? NTL are closed so I can't speak to anyone today. Any help would be appreciated.
