Rip DVD, frameserve m2v file to MPEG-2 encoder, changing to PAL res and the framerate from 23.976 to 25fps. This will make the video shorter so you need to change the audio length to match. Also if speeding up the video seems odd to you. Most of your PAL DVD's are 24fps sped up to 25fps.
