Hi there i need help with Burning MPEG2 (MNTSC)onto DVD. I want to play it on pal TV's and the video is gr8 but the audio is slightly out of sync after the first 20 mins. I can author the mpeg as NTSC instead as Pal but it will only play in black and white on my tv. Is there a way to convert either a ntsc .bin or mpeg movie file to Pal and keep the audio in sync?

    thanks for any help

You can run it through Virtual Dub to enable you to re-align the sound. When direct streaming in Virtualdub, under Video Tab -> Frame Rate, select "Change so video and audio durations match (you will see a framerate close to that of the original video file)".

Virtual Dub will probably need to mpeg file. avi is the most common format for it though.
