   will back up ntsc xbox1 games work on my chipped xbox1 (uk pal)is my console
   
   i was just wondering because in the game trainers it has cheats for ntsc games

   Yeah.. no problem.. A very few are hard coded ntsc (psychonauts springs to mind) but most modern tv's (not my frikkin Tatung) will do ntsc @ 60Hz so you won't notice.
