While away on holiday I bought a gamecube, it's NTSC and has been modded with a qoob SX. I live in the UK and when I try playing any of my PAL games (borrowed from a friend) they're in black and white, I have yet to try a NTSC game to see if they have the same problem.
I've tried changing the region settings in the qoob menu, but with no luck, I have also tried chanfing the mhz by holding down the 'B' button when the games starts up, but still black and white.
I bought a RGB cable, and have also tried running it through a VCR as I read that that can sometimes solve the issue.
I've also tried a few different games (all PAL) and on different TV's only one TV I tried it on was in colour but there colours weren't correct.

I had a modded (PAL) PS2 a while ago, and with one game which was NTSC I had to change the .iso to PAL on my PC before the game would play in colour, do I have to do the same for my camecube, as I am currently unable to back up any games.

    Thank you for any help.

Go into the main settings and change the video mode to pal for both game and qoob.

Thanks for the help, unfortunatly it doesn't seem to have worked, it's still in black and white.
I've been reading some of the other posts on here, but I still can't find anything that seems to solve the issue
