NTSC VHS (RCA cables only) to PC capture card?

    I want to transfer VHS to my computer.

    The VHS tape is in NTSC format.

    My video plays both NTSC and PAL.

    My video output is RCA composite only.

    Is there a capture card that will accept RCA video and audio inputs from an analogue NTSC source?
