Null modem cable (female to female)

    Hi
    Just discovered that my null modem cable (female to female)will not go onto my laptop, in order to update the starview box when a solution becomes available can anybody tell me what i need to use in order for me to get the firmware onto the box via my laptop

    You need a USB to Serial 9-Pin Male Adaptor. I had a bit of a problem when i did mine. If it doesn't work, you need to make sure that you have the correct com port assigned to thie USB port you are using.
