hi, do you have a nvidia graghics card installed? if so you might want to update the drivers or competely remove the card via device manager and reinstall the drivers. hope this helps! b.w.
You don't have to but in your case I would, use driver cleaner Pro to remove all traces of the old Nvidia drivers before you install the new ones..Just my advice
