    Using PgcDemux.

Does anyone know why this happened and if it can cause problems?

If the IFO is corrupt it may be a problem if the demuxed files are incomplete.

Assuming that the source VOB files are ok, a new IFO file can be created using Ifoedit.

You would copy the title vob files to a new folder (usually starts at VTS_01_1.VOB)
If the movie happened to have a differently numbered set for the main title(example, VTS_06_1.VOB) then the VOB files would have to be renamed to VTS_01)

    Run IFOEdit, click 'Create IFO's.
Select the first vob file in the new folder (VTS_01_1.VOB) and when the process completes, click the 'Get VTS Sectors' button.
