    Hi,
You have the XP2200+ Thornton (1.8GHz)?
That is a popular OCing CPU, on 133FSB with a multiplier of 13.5x
The overclock to XP2800+ (2.25GHz) sets the FSB to 166MHz.
The voltage may need to be increased for both the CPU and memory.
With this type of 'factory' OC, the 166FSB-capable mobo supports the CPU with proper dividers for AGP and PCI, so they are nice and stock and stable.
    Good plan. Should work!

Stock voltage for your CPU is 1.65 volt.
You will need to increase it from there...
1.75v is like an older model Athlon - try that.
If you have good cooling and power supply, you could go higher than that! It will work.
But I wouldn't run 1.85v if you find it needs it - it could work but it's probably a bad long-term plan, I dunno...
Try ~1.75v first, and see if it will POST :^)
    Good luck
