    Hi

I've burned some weird vcd's lately.
I've burned a cd-rw that played in my DVD player (Toshiba), but my computer wouldn't even read the volume label. this was using easycd5.3...

I burned on a TDK cd-r and it was useless in the PC and DVD.

I switched to NERO and I got another useless one.

Then I got another RW done on Nero and it worked great in the PC and DVD.

So I tried again with the TDK cd-r and it works perfectly in my PC, but nothing in my DVD player: "Check Disc"

What could be going on here?

PS I burned a vcd on these TDK'S a while ago and it worked in my DVD player (and that was even a custom bitrate to fit 2 88 minutes of video), but lately things are crazy

    Any ideas would be great

    Yeah, these are disc-at-once.
It seems that everything is behaving now with nero except cd-r whereas before with ezcd everything was weird. I think maybe my standalone just doesn't work with most cd-r's. But I'm going to stay away from easy cd in general because it was causing all kinds of strangeness.
