I like 'vermin of the sky' better than flying rats. I'll try and popularize that here in NYC lol.

Been loving the online by the way. I haven't had many issues with GTA online. The only times I ran into problems were during the off-peak hours (like 10 am - 12 pm). Otherwise, late night, when online gaming starts, I never have issues.

Idiotic players that don't follow the mission instructions (like bomb da base, or hangman's noose) ruin the experience.

 

I havent been online in a while because i just made a big move from columbus, oh to northern, ca. let me tell you the weather here is soooo much nicer. the old lady did say i could get the fastest internet possible so im really looking forward to call of duty 4 and GTA 4 online.

 

Some of you might hate me for saying this but this GTA is nothing special. It was hyped up too much. I'm very dissapointed to be honest, the driving sucks and were the hell are the sports cars. I hardly see them around.

I enjoyed San Andreas much more than this.

 

I have to also agree i enjoyed San Andreas more (more freedom i feel).
However the driving has really grown on me, how long have you been playing? I really prefer it this was now. And for sports cars, when you are on the second island roman buys you a new property (the 2nd property on the 2nd island) and right next door to it is a sports car shop...
I am now off after finishing my GCSE's and i am spoilt for choice whether to play - COD4, MGS4 or GTAIV. They are all extremely good games imo.

 

Yeah I know that car showroom, That car is ok not bad. The comet is a awesome car. The car you get when you go to a race with Brucie. Ever since i lost the car i havn't seen it around. That was the best car in terms of speed handling and braking.

MGS is also really good i recieved my copy this morning.

PS: It feels good waking up knowing you don't have to revise doesn't it.

 

I am not a huge fan of the driving mechanics in this game either. Actually I think the controls in 3, VC, and SA are much better. Don't get me wrong I love the game, I just find the controls to be a bit...clumsy.

 

I think you can change the controls back to "classic"

 

I like the way gta4 drives, but the best car isn't comet but Turismo. It's got the front of a ferrari, you can find it parked nextdoor to someone who gave Niko missions on the right facing the house, don't remeber the name but here's the map, SE.

my fave car is the RS Sultan you can find it behind the garage of the old abandoned mansion on the north coast of alderney, if you haven't already found it, you should check it out!!

 

ok i am now a lvl 6 and any one with a higher lvl can still kinda work me so i still dont believe it i know how to slightly lift the ohter toggel to aim at the headand as said before about people being good because of their lvl isnt right because anyone can get to lvl 8 or so just by playing alot and being a nolife loser so that doesnt mean that their good because of their lvl

 

Where does it say what level you are, ive tried looking around but cant find it.

 

I think its in the star icon next to your name.

 

You mean when playing online and you press the down dpad button to see the list of all the players, its shown in that circle next to your name? K thanks will check later.

 

gta was well too short! look at all the others, they where so long to complete. but gta 4 was abit of a let down. good game but a let down coz it was to short.

 

A new patch is out v1.02 Any1 know what this fixes?

Anyone download it yet? I haven't.

 

If they release a patch for online that makes it so you cant tell where someone on the enemy team is just by looking at the radar I might actually play this game online again.

 

Thats what's been updated apparently, so you were right, all online tweaks.

 

True!!! It was way too short. I played the other gtas like for 4 months but IV is already finished after 2 weeks.
Could it be possible that there will be downloadable material like tasks and more
