No, nothing but screenshots for the maps at the moment.
As for the question about testing. Beta testing will be carried out next spring, and its a public beta test.

 

so wut new elements are being introduced in halo 3 that werent in halo 2?

 

The MC now carries his weapons on the outside of his body and they are visible to opponents on XBL.
Overall I think the game will be pretty similar to Halo 2 in the sense of graphics and physics, but the storyline will be better and more involving for the player.

 

i dont think so graphics wise from all the new upgrades that supposely is to come to the 360 but with if in the next you show your weapons outside on the body inventory then it will make it a little harder to kill people so i give it a thumbs up

 

From what ive seen the graphics arent much better than Halo 2's graphics (multiplayer map wise). As for the storyline (trailer etc) I have to admit with the new lighting etc the graphics are quite a lot better than Halo 2s.

 

True but i wonder would you have to still do the bxr etc or just press the melee button then the trigger and it does it automatically what yall think improvement or it would give the player some sort of an advantage by just pressing 2 buttons instead of 3

i hope there aren't any glitches. i like them and all, but i would rather not have them. if there is a glitch i hope its not stupid.

i doubt there will be BXR's and BXB's and super jumps in halo 3 but they might keep em in just to keep ppl happy

 

I doubt it, the only reason Bungie would give pictures of the maps is to build...well, anticipation I think is the proper word.

There are a lot of sites that would ban you for that post. I'm just saying.

Dude, do you relize how much that would suck if they didn't have super jumps in this game? I mean, they were built into the game and were amazingly usefull on Live and Multiplayer. But overall, they were just plane out fun to learn.

 

BXR and superjumps were glitches. They were never meant to be in the game. They ruin matchmaking for non-glitchers. Bungie will try their hardest to eliminate glitches like this that give an unfair advantage.

 

@andy2000 they are glitches but they dont give an unfair advantage, people who say this just dont want to perform the glitch, they give up their right to have an equal game.
@rudsta816, there is no option to change the superjumps unless they use a dif physics engine becuase,

i still dont fully understand the concept of glitches or any bxr on the game.. i can do 'em but i dont know why they were there or how even possible? anyone educate me?
