Sure it gets repetative but we can still keep it open. its funny bc i havnt been here in a month or so but yall still managed to fill up 3 more pgs. so obviously it is stayin somwat interesting.

 

ditto on the whole didnt reply cause of boring stuff and if anyone can get it im much more interested in the new book then halo3 news right now o and i just wanted to say if they made halo3 on xb and 360 then the graphics wouldnt be such a hit o and that doesnt matter cause i bet my left hand that it will only be on 360 lol need the other one for mor personal matters.....lol jk.......well kind of.

Dang i haven't been up here in a while and yall keep talkin bout the same thing umm somebody please come up with something new wait i will! does anybody know anything about the upcomming look master chief will have and because to me they should add alot more detail depending on environment and i hope they actually show bullet wounds.

 

Bullet wounds are getting a bit specific, but something along those lines would be good.

 

Well...all I no is that everybody on halo 2 is looking foward to seeing halo 3 and all i heard about halo 3 from dsome people talking

 

I was just wondering something about Halo 2's storyline.
At the end of the game, Cortana stays in High Charity's Stytems so she can blow up InAmberClad if halo should activate. Why then did she not blow it up when it acctually was activated. If you stay in the control room for long enough GS wil say "Starting final countdown, and may I say recliamers, its been a pleasure to serve you both, Goodbye". This to me says that Halo is just minutes from using its weapon and destroying all sentient life. But why didnt Cortana blow it up then?

we dont even know dude, this forum is for talkking about what new info comes out about halo 3, then it will be the official halo 3 forum once its out. (we dont even have a release date yet)

 

Well that rumor that H3 is already done just won't die. Is it possible that they could just be holding it for PS3's launch?

i doubt they would hold till ps3's launch if they had it done. and this is just rumor and im prety sure it is not that factual but ive heard that they postponed and/or canceled the making of it for a while. I heard that they wont come out with a HAlo 3 but a game following halo 2 with a completely different name. personally i dont believe it at all but i was wonderin if yall heard nethin.

 

That rumor was that the next game would be called Forerunner, and be set before Halo 1, and would supposedly answer questions about the Forerunners, the origins of the Covenant, and possibly include the storyline of the Fall of Reach. Bungie's obviously denying it, but it'd be a poor April fool's joke (http://www.errormacro.com/2006/03/halo_forerunner_article_may_be.html), so who knows, maybe it's true?

yea that Forerunner game would be a cool game but they need to finish halo b4 they try and tell ya how it begins.

I'm working on a Halo site right now, but I don't really want to call it halo03.com/net. Plus, it's going to cover all the Halos, not just H3.

Anyway, one thing I want in Halo 3 is vehicle to vehicle boarding. It's an obvious addition, and it would be awesome. You're riding in the passenger seat of the warthog, have the driver pull up along side of an enemy controlled vehicle, then you "press x to board vehicle" and take control. It'd be really awesome if Pelicans are in H3....imagine taking a Banshee to go board the back of a Pelican. Enter, kill the troops inside and the pilot, and nab it for your team. Maybe balance it by having the Banshee blow up when it hits the ground after falling out of the air without a pilot.

No, H3 will be 360 exclusive, just like all of MS's other first party games for 360 (PGR3, PDZ, Kameo, etc.). Which is good so Bungie will be able to fully utililze the 360 instead of having to make 2 versions.
