Well ogm video streams are always avi compatible, chances are that it is XviD or DivX and therefor .divx compatible, at least if you disable the dxn profile compatiblity check. The audio tends to be vorbis though and therefor not really compatible with avi or divx. mencoder can remux the video and convert the audio to mp3. If you want more of a GUI, try something like alltoavi.
