    Try burning your ISO with dvd decrypter.
    Then see if you can open the VIDEO_TS folder in dvd shrink.

    Haggard---> Burn with Dvd Decrypter
    Jackass the Movie---> OPen nero click on the Nero burning rom buton, make sure it is set to dvd(top left corner)...then click on "new"...find the folder that jackass is in click and drag that folder into the 2nd window from the left...once dropped..click on the icon that has a dvd and matchstick on it...then it should burn

    If I'm wrong, just tell me to shut up and go away... but I think I have a simple solution. Bryan has a DVD of Haggard in PAL format and wants to play it on an NTSC machine. Why not just buy a cheap player that handles both formats?

    Sorry about that. But I wasn't being snotty, just trying to offer a solution. From all I've read, converting from one video standard to another doesn't give very good results. I have no experience with that process. Maybe somebody else around here does. Good luck.
