i make all of my family...

but i also told them that if they break it they buy it
so they generally want to be strapped

You are Stupid Hi55. They are recalling the straps because when you have the strap on sometimes the wiimote slipps out of your hand. after you have let go of the wiimote the strap breaks.OK!!! get it??? so nintendo is relesing a new strap with a thicker strap cord.

Ok guys, this is to end your curiosity. Simply order yourself 4 new pairs of the Wii Staps (even if you only have 1 remote):

    http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/strapreplace.jsp

Now, AFTER you get the strap, have your old one attached. Now, put the strap around your wrist, and throw your WiiMote at your bed. You don't have to even do it hard. You will notice how easily the strap breaks.

Yes, this is what I did; and after doing so, I realized why Nintendo had to have a recall. However, they are not out in the clear yet. We live in a "sue-happy" world. Soon, people will realize that instead of the remote doing damage to things, the new wristband will instead damage their wrist!

However, I cannot understand HOW in the world anybody could have "accidentally" thrown the remote at the T.V. and broke it. The Wii works with a flick of the wrist, not a freakin' pitch of the controller!

But by far, the Wii is the best. This should answer anybody's question about why Nintendo had to have a recall.

Well if that's the case, you better make sure to get the white-out off the screen.

Ok, now that's done and over with, we need to get back to the topic at hand...
