ok dammit, i've sat back long enough. I have the all mighty solution to everyone's bitching lately...fusking STOP IT!!!
seriously people, why do we come here? we come to help others, not play "my dick is bigger than yours". I am so fusking sick of my friends being trashed and fighting with each other. ALL of you are my friends whether that means a rats ass to you or not, i dont have a problem with anyone. For those just tuning in to the current "Dela vs Oriphus" war, this is not a new thing. It comes and goes, it was very nasty over a year ago. And I hate every damn minute of it and it disgusts me, I dont give a damn who started what, it's really time to stop. Not that my opinion really matters but here we go...

[bold]Dela[/bold] - man you know i love you like a son and have the utmost respect for you so i think you'll take this the way i'm meaning it. STOP IT! I know why you're mad, and it is justified but this shit aint worth it bro. we used to talk about good things, fun things, and have a good time doing it. I cant stand seeing you pissed off any more. You know damn good and well that you are high strung and have a hard time letting shit go, same as me but i just got some years on me so that helps me cope with it. tyr and remember the times when you were the most posting dude ever and you helped everyone in sight, go back to that man, it'll do you good. I miss the "irish loonie". case closed.
[bold]Oriphus[/bold] - i know we dont know each other that well but i think you're smart enough to take this the way i'm meaning it too. Try and realize that things that you find amusing are sometimes pointless and stupid to others. I know you know your stuff, thats never been an issue. but come on man, the Oriphus is sexy thread seemed to cut you down a notch. there have been a few others but i cant remember at the moment what they were. i can't speak for everyone but i know i would have a hard time trusting and following the advice of someone that seems so "into themselves". not that it's a bad thing, i just dont think it's helpfull here. you got a good site yourself, start an "Oriphus worshippers" forum there dude. And posting that you have a mod that will open threads at will for you is not cool at all, what would the newbies think? We kinda loose respect as mods if there is someone who can "walk all over us". so good for you if you got a mod in your pocket, but please dude, for the sake of the newbies, keep that shit under your hat where it belongs. I cant stand when you guys fight over stupid shit, you BOTH belong here, you BOTH are valuable to this forum, you BOTH have a huge amount of respect by the users here. I just would hate to see the day where the people that love you both just stop listening and loose all respect for both of you because you're both acting like 3rd grade girls all the time. sooooo with a big booming voice and a wave of the mighty Darthfinger i say unto you.. [bold]anyone else[/bold] - you probably dont ever realize how many people waste time on this stupid shit every day. not just with our most famous fighter mentioned above, but with other people too. I challenge ever last one of you to speak up when you see this kind of stuff going on ANYWHERE. yell at them, PM me, hell make a voodoo doll and poke needles in their eyes, I dont care just do something about it.

We all gotta share this big blue ball together people, and you only go around once, might as well make it fun. No rainchecks, No re-do's, no fusking sense in fighting with each other all the time. If you dont get along with someone, be the bigger person and simply walk away even if it makes you look like a puppy, who really gives a shit.
If any Admin's or dRD has a problem with anything I've said, ban me, call me a dumbass, come to my house and kick me in the nuts I dont really care, this had to be said, just like this situation and all others like it has to be dealt with and stopped at any cost. If I see ANY form of arguing other than a "friendly" disagreement which both parties are cool with, I'm banning everyone involved even if it gets me banned myself. This has to be done, if anything just for that 1 poor newbie that happens upon a thread and thinks to himself "damn all they do is fight around here". I'm sorry, i just cant sit back and watch that happen, I have way to much respect for this site and ALL the users of it.

All that has happened in the last week or so has been a little spat between a few users over threads being closed and some attitude problems! Oriphus got pissed his thread was closed and i told him i didnt close it nor did I know who did it. However Oriphus went on and saidhe would keep PM'ing every mod if his thread was closed. Now after that I replied saying that it was gonna be sorted now (before it got any bigger) so the admins were brought in, but they are pretty busy these days so probably havenjt had a look yet! Then I get a message from a friend, and guess what, Oriphus is dissing me saying im on a "fusking power trip" when I did nothing wrong, just simply explained why I thought the thread was closed. Thats the reason behind the "Dear Oriphus" thread. That thread is not intended to start shit just to pass a message to him from me basically saying i did nothing wrong so stop dissing me over it. Oriphus has also PM'ed me, but i havent had time to reply yet, sorry about that.

So bottom oine is [bold] THERE IS NO DELA VS. ORIPHUS WAR. [/bold] Even if you look you will see it was myself herbsman and Praetor who replied to Oriphuses statement saying he would PM every mod if his thread was closed, but it was narrowed down to just Oriphus and Myself, which is completely unfair. There's no big fight going on on the forum, I'm a mod, Oriphus is a user, we're supposed to cross each other at some stage, thats all it is, it aint like there's hate mail swinging back and forward!

 

Dela I'm sorry if i upset you in any way. I may have thought it was more than it actually was, but it was the only think I could really remember at the time i was venting about all the stupid stuff going on around here lately. I never thought you guys would resort to hate mail to each other or anything that drastic, geez man! I just hate seeing any conflict going on with folks i've known since i've been here or any people in the IRC channel. It just sucks, thats all.
I'm going to close this one now because it was never intended to be added too, just me blowing off some steam, definately not trying to offend anyone though.
