I have an old Starview API ver 257_E Boot Ver :7.0 16Aug 2006. I have downloaded the the software. Two Questions 1 Which firmware vers should I load to update above? 2.Will the update auto load chanels when there is a provider code change? I am on Chorus network. Thanks in advance.
You will need version 4.00 firmware for GENUINES found in "Starvi*w" firmware folder. You will need version 2.57_FIXED firmware for CLONES found in "Starvi*w" firmware folder. Yes the auto roll will work on Chor*s , sometimes if they do a multi-change , the b0x needs a kick start lol you might have to input the codes manually
