Old style Dashboard, can you still flash with LT

I have 360 with the old style dashboard, DVD drive id a Phillips Benq, can you flash this with LT.

I know it might be a stupid question but, I am sure I read somewhere that it cant be done. I have searched around but I can't anything on the topic.

You can but I wouldn't. You have a guaranteed JTAG console with the old blades dash!

 

Yes you can, but as soon as you play a newer game it's going to ask you to update which will effectively update your dash to a newer version. You may want to consider JTAGGING instead...or at least, trading someone so they can take advantage of the JTAG capability. I know a few people that would trade you their brand new jasper console for an old jtaggable console.

EDIT If you decide to keep it, update to the newest dash before you flash the lite touch 1.1 firmware.

Not into soldering... tho JTAg'ing does look good

 

Runs everything. Games off of the hard drive (no disc needed). Use any size hard drive. Use USB hard drive. Run apps. Run emulators. Check your PM's
