I don't even remember if it's always been like this but on my computer, I can't use the program because of this problem. When I hover over or click on it, nothing comes up. Any ideas why this would happen?
Hello. So when you click that icon and then hover another icon, you get no popups? By default, there should be popups. I've never investigated this feature. There may be a setting where it's turned off and on, but I didn't find one in a quick look through the settings. You may need to reinstall. There are user guides on the internet for using Nero. Just do a search. There are user guides at the Nero site as well.
