Onetel account set up???

    Trying to set up onetel connection but their help is useless. Can't get passed the part after I enter my user name/password, it just freezes. Their help said to wait for up to 30 mins while the data communicated. Then they walked me through the internet connection options via IE. Still no connection. The modem is working and recognised by XP, anyone help?

    What kind of connection are you trying to establish? Dialup or broadband?

    Hi, it's alright now. Somehow everything is active. I tried all day Sat and then yesterday too, but got nowhere. I put my machine on this morning and was connected to the Net right away. Bizarre.
