Only Basic Channels after N*L service call on Eurovox

    Hi,
    We've being having issues with our signal strength over the last few months. Got the N*L service guy out (he didn't see the Eurovox) and he said the the connection outside the house was corroded (20+ years old) and it needed to be changed. After he changed the connection we have only the basic channels on the Eurovox. Thought initially it was due to the key being changed but tried the latest key and still it didn't work. Brought the Eurovox to another house and it works perfectly. Has anyone else seen this? We have only the basic analog package in the house. It looks like they have a way to cut the digital feed. TIA
