Having read the "How to Scan a new box" thread, i get stuck at number 5. (The Network Scan menu appears with box with a list of Network IDs for different areas. Scroll down and select the one that matches your area and then press OK. Then wait as it may take a while to start.)

Ive selected my network supplier who is now called V media (t******t)

and selected on Network, and ive even tried "all"

    On the Network Scan screen

    0 Already exist
    1 Already exist
    2 Already exist
    3 Already exist

when that screen finishes, the box is automatically switched off and on...

but i dont get any channels, what do i do?

also im using a 2-way spliter, once that is connected to my internet broadband modem, my modem doesnt work, its a 2400mhz spliter... what wrong with it?

    thanks in advanced

Can you post what box - people arent mindreaders - If its the Kryptview - Use the search facility on the site as there has been posts covering the Kryptview and set-up.

If not, let people know what box...............

its a Kryptview Arnet A700C box

just purchased a splitter for Maplins, as recommended a 5-1000mhz, it still doesn't work.

My digital box is working fine, picking up all the channels, without any problems only when i add a splitter i get no signal on the box nor does my broadband work...

    please can someone help....

Try deleteing the existing TP's and then do a scan again.
