Open Season

can't burn open season? any help?

 

What programs are you trying to back it up with?

ANY DVD + CloneDVD2 work

DVDFab Decrypter + DVD Shrink Work

 

im kind of a newbie, im not that great on the computer, i was trying to start with ripit4me but it errors out......

 

you need to be more specific... do you have all the neccessary software that ripit4me needs and up to date etc....

Ripit4Me will do the movie as I have just finished doing it that way. If you try AnyDVD and Shrink then you have a problem w/ the bogus cells and you error out.

Try using the 1 click method in Ripit4Me as that is a no brainer to do

 

im going to try again if it errors out i will try deleting ripit and reinstall it

 

I did the movie these different ways:
1. DVDFAB Decypter> VobBlanker> Shrink
2. DVDDecrypter w/ AnyDVD> VobBlanker> Shrink
3. Ripit4Me>Shrink
4. VobBlanker w/ AnyDVD >Shrink

Just take the way you want to do the movie and you will have no problems w/ it

 

i did ripit,now im having a problem with fixvts i dont know what happened

 

Hi I tried to burn open season with rit4me, it did it all except when i got to the point to dvd shrink it disappeared on me, what now

is that the whole movie, extras and all ??

 

I just copied the movie, not the extras etc. The movie itself turned out to be well within a DVD5, coming in at 2.94GB. I never copy anything other than the movie itself.

Yes, DVDFab3072 will rip the entire dvd, if thats what u meant.

 

BTW, I use Nero to do the actual burning process. If you just do the movie itself, being less than 3GB, there is no need to use DVD Shrink or any other program. Just use DVDFab Decrypter and take that rip right to your burning program, which for me is Nero.

 

I tried using Anydvd, Shrink and Decrypter. All Shrink gave was me file names when I went to re-author the dvd. I tried Full Disc and it gave me an error..I went ahead and followed the same procedures as I did for backing up my copy of Saw 3, using Ripit4Me along with updated VTS...I got the whole disc completed and I am currently watching my copy of Open Season now and it looks great..Just wanted to let everybody know that if you have a problem try downloading the Ripit4ME program along with updated VTS. By the way make sure you have DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter installed first...If you do use Anydvd make sure to disable it before opening R4M....Just my .02 cents....

 

I have also be having a problem backing up open season. I was using DVDfab. It won't even finish reading the disk, it gives me a error that dvdfab decripter has encountered a problem and needs to close. I tried using dvd decripter and it also fails to read the disk. Has anyone had this problem and is there a work around?

What version of DVDFab r u using?

DVDfab 3072 will and should work for this dvd.

 

i got full dvd backup with latest versions of ri4m and fixvts,followed with shrink and burned with clonevvd

DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0
DVD Shrink 3.2
Nero (I use 7.0.1.4)

With RipIt4Me - I used 1-Click - Just tell it where you want to put it or watch where the default is located. When it stops on DVD Shrink, just hit BackUp - Same method I used for Saw III Menus, Extras - the whole disk. Jack
