Hi - I have downloaded an application and find an Info file Windows can't read, 2 small cue files (1meg each) and 2 large bin files (700meg) none of which are recognised in Windows XP. They are not images - how can I open the files and run the application? Thanks for your help Esteban03
First of all your Info file is probably an nfo file. If you just double click on windows will not open it. You have to tell it to open with notepad or open notepad and open the file make sure that you have all file types selected. For the cue and bin files you'll need to either burn it to a cd/dvd or mount on a virtual drive. cue and bin are definitly image files.
Run with VideoLanClient (VLC Media player) to play the bin and cue files. otherwise, to convert your image files to mpegs follow this excellent guide using IsoBuster 1.08 http://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/141726.php#svcdbin Enjoy!
Thanks for your time/trouble to reply and help. If I understand correctly, then the application I downloaded is, infact, a graphics file and not video editing software? Hey ho, since I haven't the software you pointed me to, it looks like back to the drawing board and download a .rar version. Shame to waste 3 days waiting, but ... Thanks again
