    Hey ok hears the thing, my xbox is giving me error 07 after a failed hotswap atempt (i did it completly wrong lol) anyway the HDD still spins up when i turn it on so it must be softwhare related... right?

    This might sound weird but if i turn on the xbox the harddrive spins up but only if i take out the ribbon. if the ribbon is in the HDD it doesnt spin up lol, So ribbon and power conected it doesnt spin. Ribbon unpluged and just power it spins... WTF?
