I have AnyDVDHD and I would like to rip a disc to a device that can stream directly via HDMI to my TV. I am considering building a server and ripping via pc to ISO files on the server. Then using a video card to stream to my TV. One member here gave me very good instructions for doing that. Then someone sent me this link: Do you think this device or a similar one would accomplish the same thing at a lower price? Any ideas about savings? If I build my own server, it will need operating software, at least one 1TB drive, a monitor, keyboard, and of course the video card to stream via HDMI.
