I started up my laptop and wanted to insert and watch a movie, but my drive was missing. I went into my system configuration and it says the driver is missing or corrupt. I can't find it online. Can someone help me find this? My laptop is an Acer Extensa 5420.

If it lists your drive you can update it:
Start > Control Panel > System Icon > Hardware Tab > Device Manager Button /

Go through the list of hardware listed and double click each. They will each open a control panel for the hardware that has a Driver Tab, Click the driver tab and you will see a button that says update driver. If you're connected to the internet and it will automatically find any updated drivers for that hardware.
