I was disappointed when TMPGEnc told me that only about 35 minutes of MPEG-2 video would fit onto a CD-R. Are there any compression utilities I can use to squeeze more minutes onto my CD-Rs? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

you should be able to get 50 minutes plus of mpeg 2 on a 80 minute cd. I think you have the biterate set too high. Lowering the biterate should fix the problem. Don't go too low or the quality doesn't get any better than vcd. I find that on a 90 minute movie, I get it on 2 cd's at 2200 biterate which is pretty good picture.
