I ordered the Supercard mini-sd version, 2gb Sandisk Mini-SD card and a Passkey 3. I got the Supercard vs the M3 since it fits into my DS fatty flush. I ordered a few days ago and I pay via Pay-Pal but their payment system is very weird? You can't use credit card only Western Union, Pay-Pal or Bank Transfer and I figured Pay-Pal is safest. I received a email saying they received my payment but they never sent another email with tracking numbers or anything? What was your order experience like from them if you did order from them? How quick was it from order, ship, to door? Did you have any problems? Please explain since I feel ripped off! And other then email there is no way to get in contact with them! Help! FifthE1ement
I had even more of a weird experience I just wanted to see the cost with shipping and before I knew it I had checked out? And it said your order is being processed but I don't know how since I didn't even use my paypal email adress so how are they going to get their money?
Alright, well this is how my order went. I placed an order for an EZIV Lite, Passcard3, and EZIV Lite TF. Shortyly after, they emailed me to inform me that the Passcard3 won't work with it, so I could change it to the SuperKey if I like. I let them know that I'd like them to swap it, and the next day I received the email asking me to pay via pay pal. A day after I paid, they let me know that it'll ship within the next few days. Another day passes and I received an e-mail with the UPS tracking number, and last I checked it's just now leaving China. So basically, over the course of about 5 days and four emails they finally sent it out, and it's now in the hands of UPS. As long as you keep up with all the emails they send, you shouldn't have any problems. I usually received e-mail from them around 12:30 am, and I'm CST. Just keep checking your e-mail and everything should be fine. To tommytwin: They're probably jsut going to send an e-mail to whatever address you gave them when you tried to check shipping and they're assuming that it's the same address you use for pay pal. The only way they'll charge you is if you send them money to sales@winsunx.com or whatever it was.
I just recieved a email from them saying my package will go out tomorrow or the next business day. That was way to long for shipping IMO and I would rather use an american company and pay a few bucks more knowing I'm going to get it much faster and to make me feel safer about my purchase. No I'll count how many days it takes to get to me and let everyone know. 6/21 - Ordered and paid via Pay-Pal 6/22 - Rec email that Payment was Rec and to confirm order 6/23 - Rec email that said package will go out next business day I would suggest everyone use a company who is already on North American shores to order from!
Well, the reason I had ordered from them is because the stuff they sell is nearly half the price of competitors. Passcard3 is usually $32+ and EZIV is $60+. Winsunx has Passcard3 for $18.50 and EZIV Lite for $36 (DS Lite version for $48). US shipping on Winsunx is $18 for .5 kilograms and less. Anther $6 for each additional .5 kilograms. My order came out to $124 ($24 shipping, $5 for paying with Paypal). If I had ordered on any other site then I'd have paid at least $124 just for the two EZIV Lites. Another $32 for Passcard3 and at least $8 for shipping since I refuse to use the cheapest shipping option. Basically, rather than paying $124 and waiting a few days longer, I'd end up paying around $165, which over $40 more than Winsunx. I say all the hassle is worth it.
I'd rather pay a bit extra for a tracking number than order with ground shipping and possibly lose whatever I order.
