I bought an original Dvd which works just fine in my Dvd Player... but on the computer?
Windows tells me the disk is empty, Dvd Decrypter encounters errors over errors and MPC (MediaPlayerClassic) can´t open it.
Anybody got an idea to help?
I googled but could not find anything that would explain this.

My Dvd drive/burner is a Phillips Dvd RW 824.
I have no problem playing any other Dvds.

I had a similar problem, a little while back. Two different store bought movies wouldn't work in computer.
I had AnyDVD running in the background. Once I turned it off, they worked fine.
AnyDVD is a great little program, but something about it can cause a problem with some movies................
    Good luck! Keep us posted?

I ordered the disc over Ebay so returning it might cause trouble since it does work fine on my Dvd Player.
I normally run DvdFree in the background, so I turned it off.
But still Windows will not even show me what´s on the disk.

I shows me it´s empty. 0 bytes, nothing on it *sighs*

I do appreciate you taking the time to help!
