Name them and I'll tell you. Globatec where the original, but due to the saturation of clones everyones claims to be.

Fortune power, Shenzhen Bestin Electronics, Huamai tech to name a few. i've searched for manufacturers on made-in-china.com and 1 r 2 other sites and they seemed to be the best so far.
still though, its hard to know who you're dealing with, who's gonna be a legit supplier with quality goods and service....

Everyone of them are clone manufacturers, better off sticking to genuine products. Why are you running with Starview specifically?

its not just starview i want to sell... eurovox, fta sat receivers, dual sat and cable boxes like The Openmedia box and as many cool gadgets as i can source.... remote control stuff... phones....anything that will sell. i got a couple hundred mini rc helis from china, only 2 so far were faulty... not too bad!!! i've gotten quotes for 40-50-60 inch tv's from a manufacturer who make samsung tv's. warrantys included but thats all in the future at the moment.
to be honest, im sick of working for other people, just want to do my own thing now, know what i mean??
If you can think of any reputable manufacturers or websites i would really appreciate it!!

I know exactly how youre thinking. I know the main distributors of most boxes. And all clones arent bad once they are open source take the Dreambox for example.

Openmedia looks interesting, dual tuner and dual ICs at a very low cost. Eurovox PVR looks quite good so far even on a single tuner. But if you are buying in bulk and looking at the Far East then clones will be more than likely what you get.

im finding it hard to figure them out, they're all claiming the same thing.
me head is wrecked from looking up stuff on the web....think i need to hire someone to do it for me at this stage... lol
