How can i format my xbox hard drive back to original setting that it was in when i pull in out of the retail box? I hav erased everything like an ass and want to start over. where would i get what i need to do this?
it was modded but, it kelp taking longer and longer to load up on "turn on". and sometimes it wouldnt play on the "dvd sorfware"(i would hav to boot several times). some i thought it might be a software problem and i would go in and erase all software and reaply. Some i when to the original xenium dash board and erased all the folders and set to factory settings. then after i reaplyed the modding software for "EVOX" it pulled up the new dash board fine. how ever when i went to set "EVOX" as default i noticed that there was only one i could pick instead of two. (MY ORIGINAL XBOX DASH) SO i stopped and came to to ack what to do. thanks nate
Well if your xbox can read disks, then download the slayers evox auto instalelr v2.6, make an xiso file of it (If you downloaded it in an xiso format, dont again make it an xiso !!!DUH!!!), burn the image to a cd-rw, dvd-r or dvd-rw. Dont use a cd-r. Rebuild (format and install) EVOX on your xbox using the installer. If you want you can also restaore manufacturer's settings. There is an option in the installer.
