Other programs like Frontpage?

    Both those you need to purchase.
    Simple way is to use Notepad like i do :)
    But of course u need what lines you need to do what.

    You can download some free programs, but of course not as good as others.

    Dreamweaver is good Web Design Software.

    go to download.com and have a look under the Internet Section, and they have some free programs there.
