I'm running into the same problem and with 1.5 gig of memory I find it hard to believe this program is running out. LOL

After original thread moved on to copy Mr.& Mrs. Smith worked fine with shrink alone when trying Sky High for a 3rd time was running AnyDVD in background than Shrink same problem(error/out of memory). Ended up copying it by re-authoring just the "main movie" couldn't do a full disc backup on it. Any body have any ideas???????

I was able to backup both Mr & Mrs Smith and Sky high using CloneDVD with AnyDVD running in the back group. It ran perfect, no problem at all.

How long since you defraged your hard drive? I have to do mine about every week to keep it running smoothly.

    Just a thought.

All I did was run a spyware scan (which found nothing) rebooted my computer and had AnyDVD running in the background while DVDshrink re-authorized the movie only. Why if worked this time I don't know.

The error message is due to the copy protection not your memory. Make sure that you all are running the current version of AnyDVD, there was an update recently.

Avoid all you headaches with sky high just back it up with clonedvd and then use shrink to make your image and then burn with nero!!

Same here I had the latest version of AnyDVD running, and DVD Shrink still would not do a full disc back-up of Sky High. Had no problems rippin' 4 other movies Mr.& Mrs. Smith and AEon Flux(3 disc directors cut - animated series) since trying Sky High???? So I just backed up(sky high) and burned the "main movie file" using re-author in DVD Shrink worked great as I posted previously. This is the first DVD I've ever copied without bonus material/menus/trailers etc... boo hoo! Need an online hug! LOL

I'm sure you've copied other movies just gonna explain this real easy! 1.Make your sure running AnyDVD in the background(the red fox while be red in your system tray icon : bottom right corner)If you don't have the AnyDVD you can download a trial version just search around for it in other forums. 2.Insert Sky High dvd in your dvd drive. 3. open DVD Shrink 4. click open disc this will only take a few seconds 5. click Re-author 6.you will see a list of files on the right side of the screen with size and duration beside them you want to find the file "Main Movie Title 1, duration 1:39.56 size 4860 MB" hilight the file title 1 and drag it to the empty white box on the left side where it says DVD Structure you'll see "title 1" information re-appear and the size compressed to fit on a blank. 7. click backup! 8. DVD Shrink & Nero will do the rest. Hope this helps keep me posted!
