When I try burning a DVD I continue to get this out of memory message.I tried everything I went to staples and I ask the sale clerk about this and he said to buy more RAM. I now have 768mb of RAM I have done what windows ask me to do on changing the virtual memory. I'm at a lost I reinstalled Nero the only thing I can think of is formatting my computer. If anyone who has had this problem before please offer me a solution to this problem I'm banging my head against the wall.

I know it sounds kind of stupid of me to ask, but did you try closing all other running applications? also try cleaning out your temp file folders. Nero wnated me to do that before as well. getting rid of all that junk in there might free up enough virtual memory to burn your discs.

"Out of memory" is one of the most notorious protection aka RipGuard from Macrovision. What kind of movie is it? With 768MB of RAM, you should be able to transcode and backup movies if there isn't any protections to it.

Here http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/334154 try this all free guide/tools, "DVDFAB Decrypter + VobBlanker (not necessary, but it's wise to use) + DVD Shrink + ImgBurn". You can simply substitute DVD Shrink and ImgBurn with Nero Recode and Nero Burning Rom if you want to.

Other than that, post up your Nero History log and be sure to edit/take out your Nero Serial in prior to post back here.
