Sounds like a Macrovision RipGuard Protection to me. Out of curiosity, what movie is it? You'll need VobBlanker to process and filter out those bad/protected sectors. Once VobBlanker is done processing, then just import to DVD Shrink and you should all square away.

    Happy burning!!

The movies I was trying are "Dark Water", "Four Brothers",and "The Brothers Grimm" I was and have been putting the files in "C//Documents and Setting\B~G~\DVD Movie name... It used to do fine and then I started getting this message "Out of Memory" so last night I changed where I put it I put it in " C//Documents and Settings/All users and had no problems copying "Dark Waters" go figure so simple I guess I just need to create a new folder to use since it deletes the old files every time and clean up my documents and Settings folder.THANXfor the help .

I was getting the same memory issues with DVDShrink. I then tried using AnyDVD and it still didn't work. Then I noticed that there was an update for AnyDVD and did that. Tried again and VOILA! It worked like a charm!

You'll need VobBlanker to "process and filter" out those bad/protected sectors that was encrypted on those movies you mentioned. I can probably write a mini guide on where/what to "blank" out using VobBlanker, but you can just do a "PROCESS" and it should be fine. Once VobBlanker is done, you can do "Open Files" for DVD Shrink or "Import" for Nero Recode 2 and continue with your usual transcode/shrinking process.

did you say ISO folder? that's the problem, VobBlanker doesn't work with ISO file. rip it again with decrypter or fabdecrypter in file mode and then run it thru vobblanker then use shrink or whatever you have to compress.
