my problem is that when i use nero to back up tv episodes of an avi - divx nature , to a dvd they seem to soon go out of lip synch , i copy them as data and can not understand why a simple data copy should cause this ( they seem to be ok on the hard drive btw ) is there another formula or software i should do for this project ?

    advice appreciated

emored, do you want to create a compatible DVD format disc or do you want to just drag your files from your hard drive to the disc?

hi thanks for the reply , well i have a lot of divx or avi or mpg episodes say 200 to 400 meg each and i have been burning them onto discs with nero using nero and the data option ? odd thing is sometimes episodes on the same disc are ok then i get some out of synch , however i rarely get any films converted to divx say , that are out of synch when burned this way to a dvd . all episodes play fine on the pc its just when on a dvd some lose the synch .
