I keep getting stupid pop-ups from OuterInfo. Sometimes it even closes my IE window. Help? Heres my HijackThis Log. 1. Download this file - combofix.exe 2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts. 3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
Drummer, I was having problems with Outerinfo too. I was very surprized to find out there is an uninstaller (oiuninstaller.exe) at http://www.outerinfo.com/howto.html I just downloaded the program and ran it; seems to be working. I have been on the Internet for almost an hour and have had no Outerinfo popups. Good Luck Gary
