Outlook freezing when copying contacts between "To" and "CC" field

    I have a client who is having issues using Outlook 2003. When composing a new email he will drag contacts between the "To" and "Cc" field in outlook. I would liek to tell him to just not do that but you know how picky people can get. Anyone else experience this or have any tips to troubleshoot this?
